1.Product Overview and Local File Processing

NoteDealAnalyzer is desktop analytical software.

User-imported note files, deal files, spreadsheets, PDFs, payment histories, loan data, collateral data, and similar materials are intended to be processed locally on the user’s device unless the user intentionally submits files to us for support, troubleshooting, feedback, or another requested purpose.

We do not operate as a note marketplace, broker, investment adviser, lender, servicer, securities platform, or transaction platform. The Software is an analytical tool only.

2.Information We May Collect

We may collect limited information necessary to operate, license, support, secure, and improve the Software and Service.

This may include:

Account and Contact Information

Name, email address, company name, billing contact details, support contact details, and communication history.

Licensing and Purchase Information

License status, subscription status, product purchased, activation or license identifiers, order metadata, payment status, refund status, and chargeback status.

Payments, subscriptions, tax handling, refunds, chargebacks, and related purchase administration may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another third-party merchant of record, payment processor, or licensing provider. We generally do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Support Information

If you contact us for support, we may collect your email, message contents, screenshots or logs you choose to send, device information, operating system, app version, diagnostic information, and files or sample data that you voluntarily provide for troubleshooting.

You should not send unnecessary sensitive borrower information, personally identifiable information, financial account data, tax identifiers, social security numbers, bank information, full legal files, or confidential third-party documents unless specifically necessary for support and unless you have the right to share them.

Website and Technical Information

When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, approximate location based on IP address, date and time of access, cookies or similar technologies if enabled, analytics data, and log information.

Software Diagnostic Information

Depending on product configuration, we may collect limited technical metadata needed for licensing, activation, crash diagnosis, security, or support, such as app version, operating system, license validation status, error codes, crash reports, diagnostic logs, and activation timestamps.

We do not intentionally collect user-imported deal files automatically unless that functionality is expressly enabled, disclosed, and accepted, or unless the user voluntarily provides files to us.

We may use information to provide, license, activate, and operate the Software; process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, and tax-related purchase administration through third-party providers; verify licenses; prevent fraud or unauthorized use; provide customer support; respond to inquiries; troubleshoot technical issues; improve product reliability and usability; maintain security; comply with legal obligations; enforce our Terms & Conditions; and communicate important product, account, licensing, legal, or security updates.

4.User-Imported Note and Deal Data

The Software may process data related to mortgage notes, real estate notes, loans, payment histories, borrowers, collateral, servicing records, documents, or deal analysis.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to process and use any data you import into the Software.

You are responsible for complying with any privacy, confidentiality, borrower protection, consumer finance, data protection, servicing, debt collection, securities, or contractual obligations that may apply to your data.

If you voluntarily send us files for support, we will use those files only for the purpose for which they were provided, such as troubleshooting or responding to your request, unless otherwise agreed.

5.Information Sharing

We may share information with limited third parties as needed to operate the Service, including payment processors or merchants of record such as Lemon Squeezy; licensing and activation providers; hosting providers; email and support tools; analytics providers; security, fraud prevention, or logging tools; professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, or tax advisers; and authorities or third parties where required by law, legal process, or protection of rights.

We do not intentionally sell personal data.

We do not use user-imported note or deal files as a marketplace listing, buyer lead, seller lead, investment offering, transaction opportunity, or public listing.

Because NoteDealAnalyzer is desktop software, locally stored files and outputs on your computer are your responsibility. You should use appropriate device security, encryption, backups, access controls, and data handling procedures.

We may process information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

If you access the Software or Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

If support requires sample data, you should redact or anonymize sensitive information whenever possible.
